Brooke & Emma are two AMAZING and TALENTED women! I have never walked out of a salon as happy as I did yesterday. I have been wanting to go more blonde for quite a while now, and it has left me with a very brassy color . My hair is stubborn when it comes to bleach, but when Emma turned that chair around and I seen my hair, I wanted to cry with JOY!! The whole atmosphere of B/BAUER is so welcoming , fun and also very relaxing at the same time . I can see that Brooke has put a lot of hard work in her salon . The best looking salon I have been to by far ! Before starting on my hair, Emma and Brooke asked question about my hair , my goal , and hair routine to make sure they used the right mixture on my hair. They educated me on my hair and really explained how Kevin Murphy's product work. I have OFFICIALLY found my new salon , and I will most definitely be back for my touch up . If you are looking for a fun , but also relaxing salon, with VERY talented women, go here! You won't be disappointed!

B/BAUER Hair Lounge is what I have been searching for my whole life. My hair is healthier; color is fresh (bye bye orangey undertones and drab. I have highlights and dimension); style is amazing!!!! I enjoy my visits too. Such a friendly, caring, expert staff. Location is perfect too. Close to Park Ridge with lots of parking just steps from the salon.

I have NEVER felt compelled to write a review before. Yesterday was my first experience at the lounge, and it exceeded all of my expectations. The stylists were amazing, knew what I wanted, after some incoherent mumblings of my ideas being described to them, and fully delivered beyond my wildest dreams.
