Our Story
On Saturday, December 24th, 2016 THE ORIGINAL Brooke Bauer Boutique provided service to its very first guest.
Our original 300 square foot space offered two employees, two chairs and one shampoo bowl.
As our business expanded, we saw one frequent opportunity: women felt awkward discussing their desire for more hair. We knew we wanted to help because hair loss and low self-esteem were at an all-time high. In 2020, we made the pivotal decision to transition into a hair lounge specializing in hair consulting, volumizing techniques and enhancements.
To this day, we believe no matter where you start from, you can always have the hair of your dreams. We stand by this by innovating solutions anytime we meet someone who has been unable to find the results they desire.
B/BAUER Hair Lounge currently operates two Chicagoland locations where we encourage people to be authentic about their self-esteem and how we can help it grow.
This idea starts with our team members and subsequently influences every guest that walks through our doors.

A deposit of 75% of the service total is required to confirm a reservation.
Guests are kindly asked to provide a minimum of 48-hour notice for any cancellations.
If a reservation is canceled more than 48 hours in advance, the deposit will be refunded as a gift card for future use.
Cancellations made with less than 48-hour notice will result in a 100% charge of the reserved services.
As a courtesy, text and/or email confirmations are sent 48 hours prior to the scheduled reservation.

Please note that if the reservation is not confirmed at least 24 hours in advance, it may result in the loss of your reserved spot
In the event of a late arrival, we will try to hold your spot as long as it does not disrupt other scheduled reservations
However, if your late arrival impacts other guests, we may need to adjust the scheduled services or reschedule your reservation
